Talent Acquisition Director

Your responsibility will be to lead the recruitment and onboarding processes within the company. 


There are several groups within the recruitment team:

IT Recruitment: works with positions for the Engineering, Product, and Analytics departments;

International Recruitment: provides recruitment processes for our international B2B brands. Our international team works both from the office and remotely from more than 20 countries;

Operations Recruitment: responsible for mass recruitment for customer service positions;

Back-office Recruitment: responsible for hiring people for departments for Marketing, Commerce, Supply, Finance, Accounting, and Legal.

The key objectives of the role are:

  • Ensure the most effective hiring and onboarding process; 

  • Develop the recruitment team and help find the best talent in our markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partnering with business leaders to identify their talent needs, and to define and execute talent strategy;

  • Building a strong cooperative relationship with the hiring managers in order to ensure that hiring strategy and decisions support the achievement of company objectives;

  • Managing the entire recruitment process from determining hiring needs to screenings, interviews, feedback, and offers;

  • Implementation of effective sourcing strategies;

  • Initiation of new methods of recruitment;

  • Being responsible for the onboarding and adaptation, support in the following processes, and make sure they work as they should: induction plans for newcomers,  30/90 days check-up meetings,  feedback to managers, and control of employee probation;

  • Keeping recruitment and onboarding processes up to date;

  • Managing a team of 13 people and supporting their growth by providing regular coaching and training;

  • Development and implementation of the internship program;

  • support and maintenance of the company Buddy program, “The Newbie Way”;

  • Working with the marketing team and driving employer branding activities (career page, creating landing pages for vacancies, vacancy targeting in social networks);

  • Creating documentation of processes and projects in Confluence, keeping documentation up to date; 

  • Working with HR BPs control the employee rotation within the company;

  • Participating in annual budgeting and recruitment costs planning. 

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head of Recruitment/ Head of Talent Acquisition

  • A thorough understanding of recruitment processes, experience with IT recruitment and mass recruitment, and international recruitment experience will be a big plus;

  • Fluent in English. Can comfortably make a presentation, communicate with our international teams, and conduct interviews in English;

  • High level of personal organization, attention to detail, and multitasking;

  • Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills. Demonstrable ability to distill complex concepts from many sources into a simple vision that can be understood by a person with a minimal background in the subject matter;

  • International and growth mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence.
