We are looking to hire a Avia Support Specialist, who will work with our B2B partners in the air travel segment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting partners at all stages of purchasing air tickets (search, booking, issue);

  • Receipt and handling of requests from partners in respect of air ticket bookings (exchanges, refunds, correcting information, booking additional services);

  • Managing air ticket bookings with suppliers;

  • Entering information on completed work in the CRM system.

Key Qualifications

  • An ability to multi-task and work under high pressure;

  • Educated speech, business correspondence skills in both Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate);

  • A quick learner focused on results;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • An ability to find an approach to everybody;

    Will be an advantage:

  • Experience of working with clients in the air travel segment, for example:
    - at an airport (at the check-in or information desks);
    - at an airline (in client or agent support);
    - in tourism;

  • Knowledge of air ticket booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sirena);

  • Experience of working with B2B partners (corporate clients and B2B agents).
