Front Office Specialist
We are looking to hire a Front Office Specialist, who will take calls from our B2C clients and B2B partners and provide them with information regarding their bookings.
Job Responsibilities
taking calls from and providing initial advice to B2C clients and B2B partners on bookings right until check-out;
sending clients’ comments and requests to their accommodation providers;
checking information that clients request with their accommodation providers;
allocating requests within the operations department.
Key Qualifications
knowledge of English on at least Intermediate level (both spoken and written);
experience of working in a call center;
multi-tasking skills;
responsibility and carefulness;
possession of a strong sense of empathy;
stress-resistance;
