We are looking to hire a Front Office Specialist, who will take calls from our B2C clients and B2B partners and provide them with information regarding their bookings. 

Job Responsibilities

  • taking calls from and providing initial advice to B2C clients and B2B partners on bookings right until check-out;

  • sending clients’ comments and requests to their accommodation providers;

  • checking information that clients request with their accommodation providers;

  • allocating requests within the operations department.

Key Qualifications

  • knowledge of English on at least Intermediate level (both spoken and written);

  • experience of working in a call center;

  • multi-tasking skills;

  • responsibility and carefulness;

  • possession of a strong sense of empathy;

  • stress-resistance;
