Technical Content Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Content Support Specialist for our Hotel and Geo Content Team that is responsible for receiving, processing, and generating the content for all of our hotels (text descriptions, photos, matching of the content with the search filters, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

  • fixing a part of technical errors in bookings;

  • working on the improvement of the rates displaying quality;

  • working with CRM and internal admin platforms;

  • completing the KPIs.

Key Qualifications

  • the ability to solve the logical tasks;

  • at least the upper-intermediate English level (for working with websites in English);

  • the PC proficiency;

  • attentiveness, patience, the readiness to work with large routine tasks;

  • your advantage is going to be the experience of work as a customer support technical specialist.
