Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for providing the smooth work of the company’s IT services and processing the requests on the second support line.

Job Responsibilities

  • processing requests by the hotel booking process from the first line;
  • dealing with logs;
  • creating documents containing your knowledge to share with colleagues.

Key Qualifications

  • the experience of work in technical support teams;
  • the experience of work with ticket tracking systems (Redmine, Jira, etc.);
  • knowing frontend, backend, api, post/get, xml/json;
  • verbal and written literacy;
  • knowing any script language like Python/Js/Bash will be an advantage;
  • basic SQL skills will be a plus.
