Hotel Moderation and Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a Hotel Moderation and Onboarding Specialist to join the team, who will be responsible for moderating information on the site and communicating with hotels.

Job Responsibilities

  • verification of accommodation facilities registered in the system, moderation of the information entered in them in accordance with the standards of the site;
  • making outgoing calls to hotels registered in the system for the purpose of initial training to work in the system;
  • work in CRM systems and internal databases of the company, logging information on the work performed;
  • active communication with the technical departments of the company in order to improve and optimize the existing functionality of internal systems.

Key Qualifications

  • experience in customer service, communicating with customers by phone and chats;
  • good oral skills;
  • availability of a PC (at least 6 GB of RAM), a headset and stable access to the Internet;
  • ability to work in multitasking mode.
