We are looking for a Junior Analyst who we’re going to improve and develop our Operations Department with. This department consists of several Support teams which are very different but, in fact, have the same goal: create positive client experience.
Job Responsibilities
search, research and offer solutions of the problems that the Operations Department has with the help of data you found;
analytical support of the Operations teams;
research and improve the processes of the Operations teams;
develop and improve the reporting tools for different management levels with the help of Tableau and Excel;
analyze and improve the key indicators of the teams productivity and the metrics of the department health;
support the existing documentation by projects and research of the operational analytics;
project new data dashboards and their quality improvement.
Key Qualifications
at least 1 year of the experience of work in analytics or the experience of analyzing data on other positions;
SQL proficiency;
good MS Excel skills;
basic Python skills or being ready to get training;
at least Upper Intermediate English level (B2);
the desire to develop, learn new things, and take responsibility;
the ability to coordinate the communication between people and offer your ideas in a clear way;
basic skills in project management is advisible;
the experience of work with BI tools (we work with Tableau) and Python/R will be an advantage.
