We are looking for a talented International Recruiter, who desires grow with us!

Our HR department is composed of several divisions:
Recruitment and adaptation works with potential employees and apprentices, and also helps newcomers quickly understand what’s what. Assessment helps to understand our growth zones. Training and development is responsible for helping employees master new skills and improving their current skills. HR Admin transfers working processes to the legal field without the complications and impositions of bureaucracy. HR Business Partner does everything to foster a mutual understanding between HR and business, to simplify communications, and to resolve disputes. Office administration makes our life more comfortable and more beautiful by equipping the office, arranging office parties, and helping to organize hackathons and other events.
We interact with all departments, but it is absolutely not necessary to be in the office – we are focused on results. You can choose to work from home, from the office, or a combination of the two.

Job Responsibilities

  • Regular interaction with hiring managers regarding their staffing needs, role requirements and other recruitment issues;
  • Candidate management: screen candidate applications, give feedback to candidates and handle general candidate communication with a focus on top tier candidate experience. Closely monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity;
  • Candidate search: using a variety of direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals;
  • Database management: keeping internal recruitment systems up to date;
  • Analysis and reporting: preparing recruitment related reports and analysis;
  • Interviewing and evaluating candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements;
  • Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated;
  • Participation in other HR related projects.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master's degree / university student ready to work full-time;
  • Recruitment experience with a proven record;
  • Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • A pro-active and driven approach;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • People-oriented and energetic.
