Project Manager (Air)

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Air team.

The Air team develops a project creating functionality for booking air tickets. Integrating with a large number of suppliers we enable the user to choose from many different offers, among which everybody can find an appropriate option. This is a relatively new but strategically important and steadily growing business line in our company.

Job Responsibilities

  • gathering and modification of business requirements;
  • participation in the design of business logic of microservices and interfaces;
  • participation in interface prototyping;
  • project management, documentation, setting tasks for developers, preparation for launch;
  • analysis of data and results of project launches and feedback;
  • participation in building processes within the team of developers;
  • active communication with many departments within the company.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Project manager/System analyst/Product manager);
  • understanding of the project life cycle in IT, experience in applying AGILE development methodologies;
  • ability to develop schemes of algorithms and UML diagrams;
  • proficiency in writing SQL queries at an intermediate level;
  • analytical mindset and ability to work with data;
  • understanding of the structure of web applications;
  • ability to prototype interfaces;
  • desirable experience of: working in a travel company / knowledge of the airline distribution industry / ability to write code in any programming language / understanding of mobile applications.
