QA Engineer (HotelBox Team)

We are seeking a QA Engineer for the HotelBox team.

The HotelBox team is responsible for searching for and booking rates, pricing and the business logic of processes such as repricing, rebooking and rate mixing, as well as for customizing everything to do with the bookings management process – from creating bookings to saving and processing them. Analysis of elements such as price discrepancy, hotel availability, repricing/rebooking profitability and everything to do with them.

Job Responsibilities

test the backend and frontend (in a proportion of 80/20);
create technical and test documentation (TestRail/Confluence);
identify discrepancies and record them in the tracking system (RedMine);
debugging and localization of reports from external teams;
help developers to build cases for unit tests.

Key Qualifications

have at least 2 years of backend testing experience;
understand the principles of how web applications work;
have a basic knowledge of HTML & CSS;
know how to use ChromeDevTools;
have experience of testing APIs using Postman or equivalents;
know how to write simple SQL queries (on the level of CRUD & JOIN).
