Our HR department is composed of several divisions:
Recruitment and adaptation works with potential employees and apprentices, and also helps newcomers quickly understand what’s what. Assessment helps to understand our growth zones. Training and development is responsible for helping employees master new skills and improving their current skills. HR admin transfers working processes to the legal field without the complications and impositions of bureaucracy. HR business partners does everything to foster a mutual understanding between HR and business, to simplify communications, and to resolve disputes. Office administration makes our life more comfortable and more beautiful by equipping the office, arranging office parties, and helping to organize hackathons and other events.
We interact with all departments, but it is absolutely not necessary to be in the office – we are focused on results. You can choose to work from home, from the office, or a combination of the two.

Job Responsibilities

  • searching and attracting candidates for Tech vacancies in different departments such as Engineering, Product & Project, Analytics;
  • creating and realizing the strategies of searching for candidates by certain positions (the most popular search profiles we have are Python Developers, Golang Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers);
  • publishing vacancies in open sources;
  • screening and estimating candidates (phone interviews, Zoom interviews, personal interviews);
  • estimating candidates’ soft skills, fitment, and English level;
  • building and supporting long-term relationships with clients;
  • giving feedback to candidates;
  • maintaining statistics by vacancies in Huntflow, our ATS system;
  • holding onboarding sessions for newbies;
  • participating in different projects of the HR Team.

Key Qualifications

  • the experience of work as an IT Recruiter for at least 1.5 years in house or in an agency;
  • the experience of dealing with the position from withdrawing the request to the placement;
  • the knowledge and active usage of different technologies for searching for candidates on IT positions;
  • the ability to find compromise decisions / to persuade people;
  • successfully resolved cases of closing positions of the Senior or Team Lead levels;
  • at least Upper-Intermediate English level;
  • the readiness to do a test task.
