Hotel Support Specialist

We are looking for a Hotel Support Specialist to join our team, with responsibility for communication with hotels.

Job Responsibilities

  • handling requests received from hoteliers by phone and email;
  • advising partners on how to use their online accounts, and explaining to them their obligations and responsibilities;
  • working in the CRM system and the company’s internal database;
  • communicating actively with the company’s technical departments in order to improve and optimize the current functionality of the internal systems.

Key Qualifications

  • experience in customer service, communicating with customers by phone and chats;
  • good oral skills;
  • availability of a PC (at least 6 GB of RAM), a headset and stable access to the Internet;
  • ability to work in multitasking mode.
