We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will lead and take ownership of the business development projects aimed at increasing and improving the performance and profitability of our business.
develop and improve new and existing ways of partner acquisition and retention;
develop and improve existing B2B business models of cooperation;
prepare business and financial justifications of the projects, analyze the results and provide comprehensive reporting;
analyze and improve unit economics metrics;
constantly analyze markets, partners, and competitors’ environments;
maintain the project's documentation and keep it up to date;
generate new initiatives to increase the business and improve profitability.
1-3 years of experience in business development/project management, driving B2B / B2B2C businesses;
data-driven approach to decision making and analytical skill set;
expertise of working with digital marketing acquisition channels;
flawless English language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills;
excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills.
