We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who would be interested in diving deep into the work of a big service with several brands, huge information volume, complicated yet interesting tasks.
Job Responsibilities
analyzing the effectiveness of CRM marketing campaigns of our Retention team: email / push / sms
developing recommendations for improving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, communications, loyalty programs
over the past year, a lot of new customers have come to us - therefore, together with the marketing team, it is necessary to segment our user base and observe changes in their behavior, analyze personalized user offers and their integration with general promotional activities (discounts, promo codes)
generate hypotheses and conduct A/B testing to improve the quality of marketing communications
Key Qualifications
at least 1.5 years of experience of work on the similar position;
excellent SQL skills: dealing with complicated requests;
the ability to work with BI systems (we use Tableau);
at least Upper-Intermediate English level;
critical way of thinking, the ability to prove everything by using the figures;
knowing the principles of work and main marketing metrics;
the ability to build effective communication with the members of other teams;
the experience of data analysis with Python (preferable) or R is advasible;
excellent skills in Google Analytics/Yandex.Metrica would be an advantage;
the experience of work with the mobile analytics systems such as App Metrica/Amplitude/Mixpanel is advasible;
the experience of conducting A/B tests: from their design to reaching decisions after getting the results would be an advantage.
