We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who would be interested in diving deep into the work of a big service with several brands, huge information volume, complicated yet interesting tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • developing new attribution models and researching the chains of traffic channels: the B2C and B2B models are totally different;
  • creating dashboards and alert systems, monitoring the metrics behavior: from the stage of collecting data to presenting new tools to users;
  • evaluating marketing A/B tests: design, validation, terms, results;
  • maintaining the “health” of data in the following direction: the DWH team provides the infrastructure recording and updating of the data but its consistency is the responsibility of the analysts of our team. We focus on the internal statistics but it’s very important that the data is not very different from the external tracking systems.

Key Qualifications

  • at least 1.5 years of experience of work on the similar position;
  • excellent SQL skills: dealing with complicated requests;
  • the ability to work with BI systems (we use Tableau);
  • at least Upper-Intermediate English level;
  • critical way of thinking, the ability to prove everything by using the figures;
  • knowing the principles of work and main marketing metrics;
  • the ability to build effective communication with the members of other teams;
  • the experience of data analysis with Python (preferable) or R is advasible;
  • excellent skills in Google Analytics/Yandex.Metrica would be an advantage;
  • the experience of work with the mobile analytics systems such as App Metrica/Amplitude/Mixpanel is advasible;
  • the experience of conducting A/B tests: from their design to reaching decisions after getting the results would be an advantage.
