Technical Content Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Content Support Specialist in our team that is responsible for working with the hotel and geo content, i.e., receiving, processing, and generating the content for all our hotels (text descriptions, photos, matching of the content and search filters, etc.).
 
Shift work type: 2/2.

Job Responsibilities

  • fixing technical errors in bookings;
  • affecting the quality of rates displaying;
  • working with our CRM and internal admin platforms;
  • meeting the KPIs (monthly bonus depending on the results).

Key Qualifications

  • PC proficiency;
  • excellent writing skills;
  • the ability to deal with logic tasks;
  • at least Intermediate English level.
