We are looking for a HR Manager to join our Global HR Admin team.

Job Responsibilities

  • interacting with international outstaffing agencies, legal and financial consultants;
  • creating and approving contracts for new employees;
  • supporting the whole cycle of personnel record management and document flow in accordance with the local laws and the internal processes;
  • controlling the payment of salaries to the international employees;
  • preparing and regularly updating the help information on the internal portal.

Key Qualifications

  • relevant experience in an international company (at least 3 years);
  • the experience of hiring international employees in the international locations and organization employees’ relocation;
  • the experience of work with contracts, the ability of quickly adapt to the laws of different countries;
  • proficiency in Excel and MS Office;
  • fluent English (C1-C2 levels);
  • the experience of work with lawyers, contracts, non-standard cases;
  • the ability/readiness to deal with non-standard tasks;
  • the desire to grow in the International HR sphere.
