Job Responsibilities

Deliver on- and offline trainings and evaluation activities (regular knowledge assessments, analysis of errors, etc.);
Develop and refresh training materials (e-learning courses, tests, surveys, longreads and other types of content);
Maintain e-learning system (MyCompetencies)
- Assign learning content and monitor its progress;
- Log employee training progress;
Regular reporting on trainings and assessments.
