Sales Enablement LATAM


We are looking for a talented Sales Enablement who desires grow with us, help develop our business, and make the travel world better together!

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver on- and offline trainings and evaluation activities (regular knowledge assessments, analysis of errors, etc.);
  • Develop and refresh training materials (e-learning courses, tests, surveys, longreads and other types of content);
  • Maintain e-learning system (MyCompetencies) 

    • Assign learning content and monitor its progress;
    • Log employee training progress;
  • Regular reporting on trainings and assessments.

Key Qualifications

  • Good skills in PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Slack;
  • Good oral and written language;
  • Ability to explain complex things in simple terms;
  • Ability to motivate and involve people in the process;
