TPP Acquisition Manager
Job Responsibilities
develop the complex strategy of attracting suppliers, communicate about the strategy with all the interested parties;
do the research of the market of all the existing suppliers (to have the relevant and up-to-date information about the market, monitor our strong and weak spots);
work with the analytics groups on creating processes that allow to compare the new and existing suppliers;
conduct the quantitative evaluation of each supplier (the number of unique hotels, etc.);
meet and launch new suppliers: the first meeting, negotiations, legal, integrational, and other internal processes;
work on the improvement of the financial conditions: debit and credit balance, payment rules;
sign agreements about the service level with all new suppliers.
Key Qualifications
the experience of work in sales/travel industry and/or hotel business;
fluent English (both spoken and written), C1-C2 level;
excellent communicative, sales and negotiation skills;
analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, the ability to analyze complex data and conduct primary research;
the ability to work in a team, interact with other departments to achieve the key goals;
understanding the hotel industry, its general tendencies is going to be your advantage
