is able and would like to build absolutely different mathematical models, and together with the MD team deploy and test ML algorithms for sorting hotels, search suggest, rate pricing, etc.;
would like to learn to manage the A/B experiments pipeline of their product teams starting from the design, launching, and the post analysis of the experiment on the international product to participating in the processes of developing the platform itself: optimizing the stat, criteria, testing alternative methods for evaluating tests;
would like to look for the growth possibilities for the product (product discovery): you’re going to find absolutely different problems of our users on big data sets, analyze click streams and logs of the analytical events, discuss and prioritize received insights together with the Business team and your own team, and offer solutions.
SQL proficiency: dealing with complicated requests, the ability to work with BI systems (we work with Tableau).
knowing the principles of work and the main product metrics;
knowing the basics of the probability theory and the mathematical statistics;
the ability to set the efficient communication with other teams;
at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level.
Your advantage will be:
the experience of data analysis in Python (preferable) or in R;
the experience of conducting A/B tests: from designing to making decisions after receiving results.
