• analyzing the efficiency of work with hotels of the Sales team;

• developing the system of the quality metrics of our inventory;

• managing the team of two analysts, prioritizing the tasks in the team based on their benefits for the business;

• analyzing the sales, prices, an availability received from our suppliers, creating and maintaining the tools that allow us to quickly resolve problems;

• developing the company’s data literacy, simplify data receiving for the Supply team;

• working together with the Developing team on collecting and checking the data quality.

• data analyzing experience by Python (preferable) or R;

• SQL proficiency;

• the experience of work with BI (we work with Tableau);

• at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level;

• mentoring experience;

• critical thinking, the ability to use numbers to prove the point;

• the experience of building communication with other teams.
