Business Development Manager (International Markets)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing the hotel database on our platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • attracting new hotels to cooperate with us (working with incoming cooperation requests, working with internal requests for signing contracts with certain hotels):
    • making proactive sales: cold and hot calls;
    • explaining the advantages of working with us;
    • dealing with objections;
    • helping to register hotels, supporting them until the start of sales;
  • further monitoring of price competitiveness and cooperation terms and conditions;
  • working with existing partners on the improvement of the commercial conditions (hotels, chains);
  • working with product, account, and legal parts of the system;
  • working with the main analytical tools;
  • participating in additional projects from the direct manager.

Key Qualifications

  • higher education;
  • experience of work in the hotel industry or in OTA;
  • good sales skills, the ability to persuade opponents, to deal with objections easily;
  • proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, CRM;
  • at least Upper-Intermediate English level;
  • negotiation and business communication skills;
  • ability to build communication with the teams involved in current projects.
