We are searching for a highly skilled Junior Growth Manager (B2B E-commerce) to handle product growth for our business.
In this role, you will be required to discuss profitability and product strategies, analysing market insights, drive sales through different sales & marketing strategies, manage and execute marketing loyalty programs, launch and maintain referral programs, etc.
Job Responsibilities
develop and improve existing B2B business models of cooperation;
prepare business and financial justifications of the projects, analyze the results and provide comprehensive reporting;
analyze and improve unit economics metrics;
constantly analyze markets, partners, and competitors’ environments;
maintain the project's documentation and keep it up to date;
generate new initiatives to increase the business and improve profitability.
Key Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in business development/project management, driving B2B / B2B2C businesses;
data-driven approach to decision making and analytical skill set;
expertise of working with digital marketing acquisition channels;
fluent English language with outstanding communication and presentation skills;
excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills.
