We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Connectivities and Strategic Partnerships team, who will lead the process of finding new channel managers and working with current ones.
creating a strategy for the project growth (identify countries of interest, top partners, opportunities, etc.);
researching, prioritizing, and building new business relations with Channel managers;
managing relationships with the current partners;
building a deep knowledge of the partner’s systems, understanding the key features of their product;
communicating closely with Direct supply team to identify company’s current needs in adding new direct connections with hotels via Channel managers;
leading internal projects, such asbuilding analytical tools, creating a knowledge base, data exchange, etc.
experience in the travel/hotel industry;
proven track record of successful business development and/or project management;
ability to manage cross-functional relationships and relationships with all levels of the client's organization;
ability to work independently and in collaboration with a high level of success/achievement;
excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
ability to analyse business situations, operational KPI’s, decision-making processes, pricing calculations, etc;
