Human Capital Department Assistant

We are looking for a HR Department Assistant to join our Human Capital Department.
The Key Objectives of the role are:
  • implement project-planning activities across the Human Capital Department in order to help HRD to supervise projects in different HR functions;
  • support Human Capital teams in solving arising issues upon the request.

Job Responsibilities

  • conduct research and prepare reports on HR related topics upon the request;
  • help HRD organize meetings with the leaders of Human Capital functions, take part in their moderation and prepare follow-ups afterwards;
  • communicate with vendors, freelancers of different services, organize payments for their services and ensure smooth document workflow with them;
  • join different HR projects upon the request;
  • prepare presentations (HR Demo, All-Hands etc.);
  • conduct different tasks from HRD.

Key Qualifications

  • HR-related background or strong desire to develop in this field;
  • experience in project work/tasks and researching;
  • proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • fluent in English (C1-C2);
  • the ability to structurize information, analyze it and make it easy to understand for others;
  • project management skills and proactive approach.
