Golang developer (Marketing)
We are seeking a Golang developer for our Marketing team.
The Marketing team works on integration with metasearch engines. Metasearch engines in the hotel industry are websites that allow you to compare prices of the same hotel from different OTAs (online travel agencies). Our partners include Yandex, Google, Roomguru, Trivago, Tripadvisor and others. We are developing a number of services, including a high-load search service (~100,000 RPM) which provides prices and availability information to metasearch engines, as well as services for creating / downloading reports, booking and so on. Integration with metasearch engines enables us to attract a large volume of traffic and bookings, and to advertise our brands in countries throughout the world.Job Responsibilities
support and development of a high-load API;
selecting technology and taking all technical decisions when developing the team’s services;
completing technical tasks involving monitoring and analyzing the API project;
development and support of integration with both external and internal services;
taking part in code review;
optimizing existing code.
Key Qualifications
experience of working with Golang of at least 3 years (or experience of working with Python in Django of at least 3 years + basic knowledge of Golang and a desire to develop in it);
experience of working with database management systems;
experience of working with Docker;
experience of working with GitLab CI/CD;
experience of managing a small team and / or mentoring.
Desirable:
experience of working with gRPC, Redis, Kafka.
