We are looking for a B2B Analyst in our Analytics Department who will actively interact with the B2B commercial team, help businesses look for answers in data and make decisions based on them, as well as actively look for potential growth points.

Job Responsibilities

  • study business processes and figure out how to calculate them, find options for optimizing processes in the data;
  • conduct research and experiments to optimize processes in the work of a commercial team;
  • engage in the development and development of interactive tools in Tableau for various B2B commercial departments;
  • manage individual B2B projects:
  • formalize business problems and needs, find growth points;
  • understand business processes, data sources;
  • together with other teams to come up with optimal solutions to the problem;
  • assign tasks to external teams to modify or create tools for obtaining data (CRM, Partners).

Key Qualifications

  • English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level;
  • good knowledge of SQL;
  • experience with BI tools (we work with Tableau);
  • good MS excel skills;
  • experience writing technical specifications;
  • an idea of how a business works and what metrics are commonly used to evaluate it.
