We are looking for an experienced Business Trainer to join our T&D Team, who will create and deliver trainings for our employees.

Job Responsibilities

find out business demand, interact with experts and participants;
develop of training programs and materials for trainings, pre-training and post-training support;
deliver non-product soft skills trainings (trainings on leadership and team management and other non-product soft skills areas) for company employees;
analyse the effectiveness of trainings;
participate in personnel appraisal.
