We are looking for a Product Director for our internal products.
Job Responsibilities
development of the company's internal products (CRM, telephony, chat, Intranet), formation of a product approach and mindset in the teams;
formation of a strategy for the development of internal products based on the needs of users, the company's strategy and the market situation;
formalization of metrics showing the state and development of internal products, and the impact on them through product improvement;
management the team of user and platform product managers.
Key Qualifications
experience working as a leader of one or more product managers for 2+ years or as a product manager for 5+ years;
analytical approach, an ability to formulate metrics and then delve into the numbers using analytical tools (knowledge of SQL is a plus);
an ability to write or read code, technical experience in the past / an ability to apply AI / ML technologies for product development will be a plus (we have speech recognition and synthesis, smart chats, assistants, etc);
knowledge of English at B2+ level;
experience with internal tools or creation of CRM products (or similar products) / experience with operational linearly scalable teams and creation of tools for them / experience with communication platforms for working with clients (telephony, chat, mail) will be an advantage.
