Backend Team Lead (Transfers)

We are looking for a Backend Team Lead in the Transfers Team. The Transfers` team is developing the transfer booking service, being fully responsible for this direction in the company. Everyone in the team influences the final result by discussing the further development of the product and the implementation of each project.

Job Responsibilities

managing the development team;
mentoring, conducting code review;
planning the work pipeline, taking into account tech.debt, code optimization and refactoring;
service core development;
integration with our partners through API;
implemating new technologies, instruments and development practices
unit- and intergration testing.

Key Qualifications

experience in the role of Team Lead or Tech Lead from 2 years;
5 years of experience in commercial development;
3 or more years of experience in developing web services in Golang;
strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, ability to write raw sql queries;
ability to package your service in Docker and docker-compose.
