Application Security Engineer

We are looking for an Application Security Engineer for the Information Security team, an expert in security and CI/CD pipeline security issues, who will work proactively with vulnerabilities, as well as actively interact with development teams, DevOps, architects and implement the Security Champions approach. You will be able to realize yourself as a partner and mentor of developers and take processes to a new level together with them.

Job Responsibilities

participating in the automation of secure development processes;
conducting internal and external penetration testing;
simulating threats, look for vulnerabilities, take measures to minimize risks;
developing a set of recommendations to ensure secure application development, implement best practices;
participating in audits for compliance with international data security standards;
implementing the concept of Security Champions by raising the awareness of architects, leading developers in the field of secure application development.

Key Qualifications

you know how to integrate automated security checks into the CI / CD cycle;
you have relevant DevOps experience;
you can write scripts (Bash, Python) and SQL queries;
you administered Linux, microservice applications, familiar with the built-in protection functionality;
you know how to use vulnerability scanners, application analysis tools, code analysis and dynamic testing;
you tested web applications, API for vulnerabilities, implemented protection measures;
you participated in the development of internal regulatory documents, instructions.

Your advantage will be:

familiarity with PCI DSS;
experience in auditing applications, services in order to assess compliance with the standard;
experience in developing requirements for a development team.
