We are looking for an experienced Lead HR BP who will be a partner and advisor to C-level and senior leaders, as well as manage a team of HR partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • supervise and implement cross-functional HR projects;
  • manage the HR BP & HR PP team: setting and controlling tasks, managing performance and development in the team, 1-1, hiring in the team, etc;
  • set up effective interaction with executive team leaders (С-Level);
  • implement and maintain an overall HR strategy based on the company's business goals (together with the team);
  • develop a plan to support change across teams to meet business needs;
  • ensure effective interaction between the HRBP vertical and centers of expertise;
  • help the team in case of escalation of situations in teams and solving complex cases;
  • supervise and implement cross-functional HR projects;

Key Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a small HR team;
  • experience working as an HR partner with multicultural teams;
  • C1 level of English proficiency;
  • proven experience in setting up and scaling processes;
  • proficient in analyzing and making the structure transparent;
  • experienced in mentoring and developing high-performing teams;
  • takes ownership of implementing changes and can analyze problems thoroughly to find systemic solutions that benefit the business.
