DevRel Manager

We are looking to bolster our team with a highly motivated and skilled DevRel Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our developer community in Russia and CIS (and in the future - globally).

Job Responsibilities

work with the CTO to strategize and execute a comprehensive developer relations strategy to drive adoption and engagement;
identify and engage with relevant developer events to showcase our products and support the developer community;
lead on content creation on social media - creating engaging and informative content that showcases our products working closely with the Communications team;
together with the Employer Brand team, you will develop the ambassador program, recruiting and empowering community members to represent our brand and contribute to our success. Moreover, you will develop and grow internal tech communities.

Key Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a DevRel or related fields (Marketing, PR). Proven track record of building and growing developer communities;
strong technical skills and experience working with developers on complex technical projects;
experience in creating technical content;
advanced English (C1+);
outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
excellent communications and project management skills;
both analytical and creative – you can jump easily between data, strategy and creative tasks;
collaboration mentality – work effectively cross-functionally.
