ETG is looking for a Performance Manager to lead the design, development, implementation, and administration of our Performance Management Framework. Job Responsibilities

  • develop efficient systems for collecting information on performance and gathering cross-functional performance data;
  • analyze performance data and present statistical analysis, as well as recommend solutions to improve performance;
  • design and review processes related to employee performance and feedback system and provide training and development to managers on best practices;
  • lead, develop, and inspire teams to ensure that performance management, feedback cycle, and improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven approach;
  • conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions of individual employees or groups of employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals, achieving objectives, and developing their individual performance;
  • create employee evaluation forms and conduct performance evaluations and feedback sessions;
  • identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance;
  • set performance objectives and update them as necessary;
  • manage the design, implementation, and effective use of 360-degree feedback processes;
  • ensure targeted communication and capacity-building programs in the performance management process to enable managers to evaluate and measure individual and team performance effectively;
  • drive company-wide processes for sharing best practices, tools/materials, and ongoing communication activities for performance improvement;
  • coordinate with the Human Relationship Partners for the implementation by the HR department and managers of consequences related to performance evaluation results.

Key Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in performance management, preferably in a complex business environment;
  • knowledge of HRIS tools that support performance management processes/activities;
  • familiarity with the management of 360-degree feedback processes in a multicultural business environment;
  • strong analytical skills and ability to present statistical analysis effectively;
  • excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
