Junior Manager Supply Inventory Control

We are looking for the travel tech inspired professionals who will be excited to build and develop hotel supply business for ETG brands (RateHawk.comRoundtripZenHotelsKomandirovki) and make the travel world better together!

Job Responsibilities

  • work with hotel inventory: identification and closing of problematic accommodation facilities; retention of partners who want to disconnect from the system;
  • consulting hoteliers on problematic issues, terms of the contract and rules of work, operational and advisory assistance on extranet issues, assistance in opening sales;
  • resumption of work with hotels closed earlier;
  • operational work related to closing/reactivation of hotels;
  • work with accommodation facilities to provide rooms for sale for the company for future periods;
  • interaction with other departments on various issues:
  • work in CRM, extranet systems and internal databases of the company.

Key Qualifications

  • Relevant experience.  Ideally, 1-3 years experience in the direct supply/hotel industry; basic sales skills; understanding of the tourism business, basic online booking systems; ability to work with a large amount of information; ability to deal with objections and convince the opponent; literacy (written and oral); PC knowledge at the level of a confident user; experience in CRM;
     
  • Personal skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, responsible, results-focused, attentive, a team player with a sense of purpose, willingness for professional growth, good memory, high level of empathy;
     
  • International mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
     
  • Language knowledge. Fluent in Italian and English, other languages as a plus.
