We are looking for enthusiastic IT Recruiters to work on streams: data engineering, data science, frontend development and product management.

Job Responsibilities

  • screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates based on hard skills (experience and English level) and personal profiles (motivation, team and cultural fit); 
  • interaction with hiring managers regarding their staffing needs and experience of hiring, role requirements and search strategy; 
  • weekly recruitment related reports (funnels, experiments);
  • onboarding new employees for fully corporate integration;
  • design and own recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes;
  • maintain statistics on vacancies in our ATS system (Huntflow). 

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience of the full-cycle recruiting; 
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT product company;
  • proficient with Linkedin Recruiter, ATS, Boolean Search; 
  • an ability to influence effectively and build strong partnerships with hiring managers; 
  • analytical mindset and willingness to perform in a data-driven environment;
  • upper-intermediate level of English is a MUST.
