Head of QA

We are seeking a Head of QA

Job Responsibilities

Planning and organization of the testing process;
Managing a team of QA engineers throughout the company;
Development of a test strategy, approaches to testing and selection of methods;
Organization of internal training of employees to ensure compliance and implementation of quality control standards (QA);
Analysis of the current state of QA in product teams and improvement of testing processes;
Development, collection and control of testing and quality metrics;
Development of the process of working with decision tables;
Understanding of software testing and development processes;

Key Qualifications

Understanding the principles of client-server applications;
Use and setup of Test Case Management systems;
Staging and revue of processes in a team, development of process documentation;
Understanding of testing automation processes, tools and problems;
Testing applications with micro service architecture;
Proficiency in any modern programming language;
Working with Postman/ChromeDevTools/Charles/SQL/Git tools;Work on the development of automated testing (API/UI).
