Job Responsibilities

building, maintaining, and managing a positive online presence and reputation for ETG Brands;
monitoring all brand mentions and analyzing the overall rating;
facilitating strategies to maximize the impact of positive reviews;
making monthly reports of brand reputation;
working with the Reputation Team on responses to every review and comment on public platforms;
working with the SEO Team on improving our search results.

Key Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Reputation Management;
experience in communication with users in social media;
experience in working with global review platforms: Trustpilot, Sourceforge, Sitejabber, etc.;
basic knowledge of Google Docs / Tables / Slides;
advanced English is a must.
