Data Quality Team Lead (Data Governance)

We are looking for a Data Quality Team Lead to the Data Governance team of the Analytics Development department who will work on the development of the data quality platform, estimate, and rearrange current processes related to data testing, and will be the team lead of the Data Quality team.

Job Responsibilities

Development of the data quality platform (monitoring, checking, checklists, metadata, reports);
Development of monitoring and alerting as well as the reacting process by data incidents;
Communication with internal and external candidates by issues related to the data quality criteria, the resolution of incidents related to the data quality and their global elimination;
Development and maintaining the data quality engineers’ team (e.g teaching employees to automize the process of data testing);
Support users on their issues related to the data quality and incidents;
Automatization of routine checks of the Data Quality team;
Automatization of the data testing pipelines.

Key Qualifications

Proficiency in Python;
Experience of work with DQ tools: Pandas profiling / AWS Deequ / Great Expectations (or similar ones);
Ability to write and review SQL requests: we use Vertica and Postgres;
Experience of work with BI/Monitoring: Tableau, Grafana (or similar ones);
Experience of work with containers and orchestrators such as Docker, Airflow;
Love for automatization and dislike to the manual routine work;
Basic knowledge of HDFS, Spark, Kafka;
Knowing how to automatize the search for anomalies in data;
Having finished cases of DQ automatization;
Understanding the value of quality data for business.
