SMM Manager (Extranet)

We are looking for a SMM Manager to join Communications Team who will lead the work with our Extranet platrform built for hoteliers, will manage the current Telegram channel for hoteliers, will track the activity in hoteliers’ communities and chats and will work within Marketing Department on global supply strategy.

Job Responsibilities

maintaining our Telegram community for RU-speaking audience of hoteliers (Extranet);
launching new communities for Russian & International hoteliers;
running content-plan for regular posting in our communities;
collecting ideas and rewriting posts for our communities;
setting tasks for designers, copywriters;
planning promo campaigns in hoteliers' communities;
analyzing the effectiveness of our communities and the communities of our competitors.

Key Qualifications

3 years experience in communication with users in social media;
experience in maintaining b2b communities in social media;
willingness to work with comments;
English language at the Upper-Intermediate level (b2);
ability to work with social media analytics;
comfort with working in a fast-paced, and multitasking environment.
