We are looking for Product Lead (B2A) for our team working on the B2B products.
Job Responsibilities
develop B2A (business-2-agencies) products in accordance with the goals and strategy of the company;
form a strategy and roadmap for the development of B2A products, implement it into other product teams;
work with clients and stakeholders to identify their needs and requirements to the product;
deal with metrics and goals of the team, ways to evaluate them and be responsible for their achievement;
hire and monitor product managers in B2A within the B2A direction (you will have a product manager as a direct report);
collaborate with development team leads and project manager leads to reduce time to market.
Key Qualifications
deep understanding of how research can influence the result in the form of metrics/money and be able analytically justify decisions for stakeholders of any level;
ability to manage people (hiring, development);
strong product skills: research, communication with users, prioritization, development, strategy;
excellent soft skills for effective work: communication and leadership skills, proactivity, systematic approach to solving any issues.
