HR BP (IT+Digital)


ETG is currently looking for a HRBP who will take care of our most technological and interesting blocks: IT and digital marketing!

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting team leads/departments' heads on team management issues;
  • Implementation of HR processes in teams: changes in structure, hiring and onboarding, internal transfers, coordination of training and development, exit-management, etc.;
  • Hiring assistance to hiring managers and recruiting team;
  • Support and develop onboarding with the recruitment team (1:1, health-checks during the probationary period and later on);
  • Initiating and implementing HR projects independently or together with HRBP team;
  • Studying market best practices and implementing them in the company;
  • Solving operational HR tasks.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience as HR BP/People Partner in IT for 2 years or more;
  • Understanding of best practices for working with technical and creative teams and applying them in the company;
  • Strong communication skills and empathy;
  • Ability to prioritize, negotiate and solve employee problems;
  • Employee-centered and business-customer oriented.
