Backend Team Lead (User.ID)

We are looking for a Backend Team Lead for a new User ID team that will develop the user authorization service and improve it in terms of technology.

Job Responsibilities

planning and building the architecture of services;
development of a portal for user authorization of all our products;
managing the development of a common two-factor authorization service;
splitting a monolith to remove users from it to a new authorization service;
working with the team, hiring and adapting newcomers, increasing the level of expertise of the team and the quality of the code;
working on processes, planning, prioritizing tasks.

Key Qualifications

you write in Python/Django from 4 years;
worked as a team leader from 3 years;
worked with PostgreSQL (designed database schemas, know how to write raw queries and optimize them);
have experience in building asynchronous applications and using queues;
packaging applications in Docker images;
you know the approaches to building authorization systems in a micro service architecture;

Your advantage will be:

understanding the principles of OAuth and OpenID Connect protocols;
caching skills using Redis/Aerospike;
experience working with JWT tokens, understanding the principles of their generation and validation;
experience with Golang will be a plus.
