Product analyst (Booking check-out)

The goal of the Booking check-out team (or the booking team) is to make the process of completing the order as convenient and efficient as possible. We are looking for an analyst who will closely interact with the product manager and development in the construction and analysis of new hypotheses, will help in covering the team's metrics tree with monitoring tools and will become a driver of the analytical culture in the team.

Job Responsibilities

elaboration and construction of analytical bodies for the team metrics tree (dashboards, alerts, etc.), as well as validation of these metrics;
provide analytical support for cross-team projects for different parts of the business, for example, optimization of technical processes at different booking steps together with the integration team or a project to change payment types for hotels working with us directly;
help in generating and verifying product hypotheses: both complex reserches that require changes in data transport, and a series of ad-hoc user conversion;
analysis on the booking form;
implementation of transparent analytics of timings of different steps of the booking process.

Key Qualifications

excellent SQL skills: dealing with complicated requests;
the ability to work with BI systems (we use Tableau);
at least Intermediate English level;
ready to learn Python.
