Project Management Team Lead (Hotel Product)

We are looking for a Project Management Team Lead for our Hotel Product team.

Job Responsibilities

managing a team of project managers in the Hotel Product;
being responsible for the work of the team, implementation of the metrics at the team level (time-to-market, capacity, performance review);
managing changes in the teams of hotel product;
analysing the results of project launches, feedback from users, clients, partners;
participating in the work of the project office, an opportunity to propose your ideas for widespread implementation in the company.

Key Qualifications

3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager;
2+ years of experience in managing teams;
experience in a product company;
understanding of the structure of web applications;
understanding the life cycle of an IT project;
data-driven approach to decision making;
examples of successful launches of projects, products;
experience as a developer, QA, Team Lead will be an advantage;
an ability to work with UML, BPMN and knowledge of SQL will be a plus.
