We are actively growing and are looking for an International Payroll HR Admin to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • collecting data to calculate payments for service contracts;
  • checking invoices from service providers;
  • communicating with service providers regarding payment issues;
  • preparing documentation to make payments to vendors;
  • cooperation with the finance department on payment issues related to service contracts;
  • calculating the amount of payments in case of termination of service contracts with service providers.

Key Qualifications

  • have experience of working HRAdmin;
  • have experience in calculating and processing wages;
  • speak English from Intermediate B1 level ;
  • have a good command of MS Excel.
