Senior Product Manager (Search Tools)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for growing bookings by improving the search tools that help users find what they want and more.

Job Responsibilities

To be responsible for the growth of bookings by improving search tools;
Build the mission, vision and strategy for the search tools business line based on market insights and user needs;
Define the structure and assemble a team to implement the strategy;
Formulate hypotheses and test them through qualitative and quantitative research;
Build relationships with stakeholders and prioritize.

Key Qualifications

Customer-facing product development experience in B2C (preferred) or B2B of more than three years;
A sense of beauty - together with the designer, you'll be able to find the best solution to user problems;
Technical background - it's cool if you can understand the limitations and possibilities of how a product works;
Experience building complex CJMs and focusing on solving the user's most critical pain points;
Empathy and negotiation skills are your strengths, and you know how to find common ground with both stakeholders and teams from neighboring departments to deliver projects on time;
Practice data-informed approach;
Knowledge of English Upper Intermediate (B2).
