Jr. Analyst (Payroll)


ETG, a global travel-tech group specializing in online booking services, is looking for a finance professional to join our team as a Junior Analyst for Payroll in our FP&A Division. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Forming the Payroll and HR budget;
  • Plan-factor analysis of labor costs and development of analysis tools;
  • Consolidation of monthly personnel expenses from different accounting systems;
  • Preparation of analytical reports on headcount and labor costs by projects and departments;
  • Participation in calculating bonuses and other compensation schemes (including SARs);
  • Market research and benchmarking for various vacancies.

Key Qualifications

  • Higher education in economics;
  • Experience as an analyst or in salary analysis/accounting for at least 1 year;
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, handling large data sets);
  • Knowledge of accounting, understanding of principles for preparing managerial financial reports and corporate budgets;
  • Experience with 1C;
  • Experience with SQL, Asana, Slack, Tableau would be a plus;
  • English language proficiency at least at B1 level for reading documentation and communication.
