Business Operation Manager Direct Supply CIS

We are looking for the travel tech inspired professionals who will be excited to build and develop hotel supply business for ETG brands (RateHawk.comRoundtripZenHotels) in an amazing CIS and Georgia region and make the travel world better together!

Job Responsibilities

  • This position will be responsible for managing new and existing priority hotel partners in their assigned territory by maintaining long term relationships;
  • One of the main goals will be to increase extranet share (revenue and retention) by resolving content, rate and availability and payment issues related to commercial success of our hotel partners;
  • Secure additional inventory over high demand periods as well as helping to sign and onboard new priority properties;
  • BOM will be a strong link between our Business Development and Hotel Support function;
  • This person will manage priority hotel partners requests related to their successful business/production/ sales with ETG (Extranet, reservations, payments, overall production) and will be finding solutions in related ETG departments returning the result to our hotel partner;
  • Identify or to take an opportunity from our priority hotel partner and come back with a solution in a timely manner.

Key Qualifications

  • Relevant experience.  Ideally, 2-3 years experience in the direct supply/hotel contracting industry and excellent knowledge of the country’s travel market; specialized in account management or business development of hotels or hotel chains;
  • Personal skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with fast-changing business environment, teamplayer, used to data-driven decision-making;
  • Location. It's an advantage if your location is Kazakhstan (Almaty or Astana). But also can discuss if the location is other CIS country.
  • International mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
  • Language knowledge. Fluent in local language (Kazakh / Armenian / Georgian / Uzbek / Azeri), Russian and English, other languages as a plus;
  • Readiness for business trips. 40 – 50% of working time might be required for market visits.
