Experience in trainings' delivery for employees in various formats from 5 years.

Experience in developing soft skills trainings from scratch and having your own portfolio of developed materials.

Possession of skills in managing group dynamics, public speaking.

University degree in T&D or similar areas. Coaching education (desirable).

Training of trainers, personnel assessment, other courses or specializations obtained;

Good skills in PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Miro, Slack.

English CEFR B2 at least - training and communication in English, including with US natives.
