Job Responsibilities

  • Find out business demand, interact with experts and participants.
  • Develop and adjust training programs and materials for trainings, pre-training and post-training support.
  • Deliver non-product soft skills trainings for customer support employees in on- and offline as well as blended formats.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of trainings.
  • Participate in personnel appraisal.
  • Experience of independent development of training content from scratch for the needs of the customer.
  • Experience in e-learning courses development.
  • Competency skill to design and conduct competency assessment.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in trainings' delivery for employees in various formats from 5 years.
  • Experience in developing soft skills trainings from scratch and having your own portfolio of developed materials.
  • Possession of skills in managing group dynamics, public speaking.
  • University degree in T&D or similar areas. Coaching education (desirable).
  • Training of trainers, personnel assessment, other courses or specializations obtained;
  • Good skills in PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Miro, Slack.
  • English CEFR B2 at least - training and communication in English, including with US natives.
