We are looking for a Technical Support specialist for our B2B API Support Team.
Supporting partners in the process of integration with us.
Finding and solving problems in existing and new integrations. We have more and more partners every day, and each integration has some peculiarities and areas for improvement.
Monitoring metrics. These need to be monitored, improved and new ones introduced if needed. Any decision or conclusion must be supported by facts.
Working with internal users. You need to be prepared for the whole business to ask questions, to ask for help in understanding something.
Working with documentation. You will need to document the part of the work you are responsible for and be ready to study the documentation of partners or projects of other teams.
Working with API interaction logs. Most of the information in the integration process is logged, and solving any technical problem starts with studying the logs. You will need to navigate through logs of different formats and structures and be able to quickly find the necessary data among a large amount of information.
Experience in technical support/testing/systems analytics or other related field 1 year or more.
Knowledge of SQL (join, group by, with).
Knowledge of back-end/front-end, POST/GET requests, xml/json.
English at least Upper-Intermediate level.
